TRWG-1000-Pivot:

Twin Roller Stringing Block.

Used to string transmission line via helicopter. 

Safety first!

Eliminates the need for workers to be present while stringing wire. Wire is self guided into the capture mechanism.

Removable helicopter guide allows Stringing Block to be used in conventional wire strings.

 

The Stringing Block attaches to the cross arm with the pivoting ACRS-1000  ratcheting  mount base. 

Construction is light weight aluminum construction. Load rated and certified to 2500lbs.

PWG-1000

Articulating, Pivot Stringing Block.

Capable of 180 degrees of swing.

Used to string transmission line whenever turns or corners are expected, via helicopter.

ACRS-1000

Mount Base with an adjustable slide and ratchet strap to accommodate different size cross-arms.

Adjustable platform allowing linemen to adjust Stringing Block angle in 15 degree increments without having to remove the base from the cross-arm.

Machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. 

For mounting TRWG-1000-Pivot Stringing Blocks. 

Attaches to most cross-arms.

Fully adjustable ratcheting strap assembly secures the base to most cross-arms.  

 

Construction is light weight aluminum construction. Load rated and certified to 2500lbs.
